Job Description

ROLE IS BASED IN PUNE

Performance KPIs (40%)


  • Conduct daily QA evaluations (minimum 22 per day) to ensure 100% target achievement.
  • Maintain high performance in Job Knowledge Questionnaire (JKQ) with 100% scoring accuracy.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and implement at least one initiative per quarter.


Quality KPIs (65%)


  • Deliver evaluation accuracy by ensuring all assessments are valid and dispute-free.
  • Support CRE development by driving quality score improvement (≥10%) among identified staff through coaching insights.
  • Monitor and contribute to maintaining high CSAT scores (≥4.85 average).
  • Participate in at least two calibration sessions per month to ensure evaluation consistency.


Compliance KPIs


  • Adhere to scheduled shift timings with less than 10% deviation.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in quality assurance, customer service, or CRM support
  • Previous exposure to CSAT, JKQ, and evaluation processes is a strong advantage
