Summary

Position Summary

JVIS KSA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our quality systems across key automotive manufacturing operations—including injection molding, paint, assembly, and sequencing.

This leadership role requires hands-on involvement in day-to-day production quality assurance, as well as collaboration with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance with customer, internal, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining a culture of quality in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of quality policies and standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
  • Lead on-floor quality assurance activities to ensure audit readiness and product conformance
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Generate reports on quality trends and contribute to strategic quality planning
  • Interface with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies to ensure quality compliance
  • Support and deliver quality-related training for production staff and team members
  • Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and external quality regulations

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Strong proficiency in quality tools and systems: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining and improving ISO/IATF certified quality systems
  • Valid Passport and willingness to travel internationally as required

Working Conditions

  • Full-time, on-site position
  • Travel to Saudi Arabia may be required for project support and customer interactions
  • Work involves both office and manufacturing floor environments

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, speak, and listen
  • Occasionally required to bend, squat, reach, and lift up to 10 lbs
  • Must be able to visually focus on detailed work and adjust focus as needed
