Aegis is seeking a Quality Manager to join our client's organization. The ideal candidate has the following experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a quality manager
• Bachelor of Science or associates degree- quality, engineering, etc.
• Bilingual- English and Spanish
• Industry: automotive would be ideal.
• IATF 16949- auditor experience or working on audits with tight deadlines.
• Experience with QA measurement and testing equipment
• Experience working within a QMS system
• Knowledge of industry safety measures and legal standards. – GD&T for example.
• Basic computer skills
• Communication- strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate within all levels of an organization.
• Experience with product management & corrective actions
• Leadership abilities- have managed a team of 5+ in previous roles.
• Experience with suppliers & customers- communicating with them on issues. (no souring- most vendors already set up)
• Hands on manager- willing to jump in where is needed.
