Responsibilities * Track, monitor, and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and measure the effectiveness of process improvements. * Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams to effectively implement and sustain quality control standards and initiatives. * Assist the team in performing inspections of purchased and manufactured parts as needed. * Lead quality-related meetings, audits, and inspections ensuring compliance with company standards, safety, legal requirements, and customer requirements. * Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for quality issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolution. Essential Skills * Quality engineering * Quality Management System (QMS) * Lean Manufacturing Additional Skills & Qualifications * 7+ years of quality management experience * Strong Lean and Continuous Improvement experience * Lean certification is a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
