As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of quality for our products and processes. This full-time, regular position is a senior management level role that requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the quality assurance program, ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with other departments to drive quality initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing supplier quality, customer complaints, and corrective action processes.
