Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Manager to join their team. As a Quality Manager, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production and laboratory efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to integrity, and the ability to drive continuous improvement which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: Somerset, New Jersey

Pay Range: Up to $140,000

What's the Job?

• Direct product testing activities throughout production cycles.
• Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Oversee workers including supervisors, inspectors, or laboratory workers engaged in testing activities.
• Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff.
• Create and implement inspection and testing criteria or procedures.
  
  

What's Needed?

• BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business Management.
• Management experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment.
• Significant experience with quality programs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of industrial safety regulations.
