What You’ll Be Doing:**

As a Quality Control Inspector, you’ll play an important role in making sure the parts we make are exactly what our customers expect—accurate, clean, and built to spec. You’ll inspect parts during production and when they’re finished, using precision measuring tools and a keen eye for detail. You'll work side-by-side with production and quality teams to catch and solve issues before they leave the building.



A Day in the Life:**



Check Parts during production – Perform inspections during manufacturing to make sure everything stays within tolerance and meets quality standards.

Use Tools of the Trade – Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and quality.

Document Your Findings – Record inspection results and track any issues or fixes needed.

Catch and Flag Defects – Identify non-conforming parts and work with the production team to resolve problems.

Final Inspections – Perform final quality checks on completed components before they are shipped to customers.

Support Continuous Improvement – Help spot patterns in defects and share ideas to make our process better.

Team Collaboration – Communicate inspection results to operators and supervisors in a clear, helpful way.

You’re a Great Fit If You:**

  • Have an eye for detail and pride in doing things right the first time
  • Feel comfortable using measurement tools like calipers or are eager to get trained
  • Communicate clearly and work well in a team
  • Like solving small problems before they become big ones
  • Stay organized and focused, even on busy days
  • Experience with AS9100D or ISO 13485 is a strong plus.

Preferred Experience:**

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0–2 years of experience in metal stamping, fabrication, or manufacturing quality control
  • Training in quality inspection or willingness to learn on the job

Physical Requirements:**

  • Ability to stand, move around, and lift parts (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
  • Use of hands and fingers for precise measuring and handling tools
  • Good eyesight to detect detail and read small measurements
  • Hours are Monday to Thursday from 6am – 3pm and Fridays from 6am - noon
