Job Opportunity: Quality Inspector – Aerospace Components

Location: Supporting Southampton, MA and Elma and Cambridge, NY as needed | Compensation: $30-$35/hr | Schedule: 2-3 days a week could increase to 3-4 days per week (Flexible Part-Time)

We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector for an ongoing, flexible role offering part-time hours based on client and supplier needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of precision machined parts and assemblies at client supplier locations
• Verify paperwork to ensure all components meet required standards
• Collaborate with a global team to maintain consistent quality across aerospace suppliers
• Deploy to supplier locations based on production schedules and client needs
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in quality inspection
• Proficiency with various inspection tools and methods
• Experience inspecting precision machined parts
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings (GD&T) and use precision measuring tools
• Strong communication skills to effectively report on inspection and scheduling status
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel as needed
• US Citizenship required due to the nature of the work; background check required
