In business for 30 years, we are a family owned custom metal fabrication and manufacturer with three facilities in the U.S. We provide metal fabrication, laser cutting, metal stamping, powder coating, prototyping and welding. Compensation And Benefits
- $20/hr - $23/hr

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints and work instructions to understand product quality expectations.
- Approve or reject raw materials based on established quality standards.
- Select and inspect output samples using appropriate methods, ensuring fit, form, and function.
- Operate automated systems to conduct complex testing procedures.
- Maintain and analyze quality metric data, including audits and defect tracking.
- Inspect production cycle procedures for efficiency and compliance with safety standards and AS9100 certification requirements.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports to the Quality Manager.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and address root causes of quality issues.
Qualifications
- Must be able to read blue prints
- Must be able to use manual inspection tools such as calipers
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards is a plus.
- Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving a plus
- Experience with Microsoft office - Excel
