The Quality Improvement Manager works closely with members of department program administration team members to ensure quality improvements, corrective actions, and outcome measures are tracked and reported. The Quality Improvement Manager supervises a team of Quality Improvement Coordinators and will ensure all team members maintain up-to-date knowledge of program regulations, and participates in staff trainings. The Quality Improvement Manager ensures compliance with Devereux policies and procedures along with all federal, state, and local regulations and laws, as well as all licensing and accreditation regulations.
As a Quality Improvement Manager every day you will...
+ Report to the Director of Quality Improvement and supervise a team of Quality Improvement Coordinator's
+ Collect and analyze data related to behavioral incidents within the centers programs offered
+ Review reports and remote video camera footage to ensure proper delivery of services and interventions
+ Ensure operating regulations are properly followed and operating licensing is maintained
+ Track and collect data related to corrective action plan implementations to ensure compliance

Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services (DPACS) serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Three years behavioral healthcare experience. One year of previous supervisory experience (may include non-formal supervisory roles). Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications. Experience with data collection/analyzing platforms preferred. Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines.
Valid driver's license must be maintained
