Our client in Willis, Texas, is searching for a driven and technically skilled Quality & HSE Manager to lead their quality assurance and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all quality and HSE initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, certifications, and company standards.
• Conduct regular audits (approximately 30% of the role) to ensure adherence to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality processes, with a broad understanding of end-to-end quality systems across all departments.
• Mentor, guide, and manage a team of five professionals, fostering development and driving team success.
• Handle quality management in a 99% assembly-focused plant, ensuring technical excellence and streamlined operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain certifications across the plant.
• Develop, refine, and implement policies and systems to enhance operational quality and HSE performance.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 6+ years of relevant professional experience in quality and HSE.
• Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing and mentoring a team of professionals.
• Technical Competency: Demonstrated technical expertise in quality and HSE systems across all functions—not limited to specific processes.
• Industry Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is mandatory.
• Strong auditing skills, with 30% of the role requiring hands-on auditing.
• Proven ability to work in a highly assembly-focused environment and ensure compliance with all quality and HSE standards.
