This role leads the team behind our product quality and development, from product development, testing, and drafting, to quality control and process auditing.

Quick heads-up: “Engineering” here isn’t about machines, but more about product innovation and quality improvement.

Ideally, you’ve had hands-on experience in the woodworking industry and understand the ins and outs of building quality wood products.
