Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Must have experience in Aerospace CNC manufacturing environment, AS9100 and first article inspection
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, customer and industry specifications ISO, ASME, MIL STD
• Working knowledge utilizing ERP system preferably JobBoss and usage of Microsoft office suite
• Experience with coordinate measuring machines, CAD/CAM software, Quality software and measurement gauges
  
  

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage quality control process
• Provide training for employees in order to achieve better quality levels
• Develop manufacturing documents component drawings, inspection documents, travelers and bill of materials such as they are compliant to aerospace quality standards
• Support ISO andAS9100 audits
