Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent or relevant telecommunication experience (3+ years)
• Previous telecom experience an asset
• Strong communication skills, collaborate with team/virtual teams/ self-starter/work autonomously
• Data base structure knowledge – query, loading MDNs/Inventory
• JIRA and Confluence knowledge an asset
• Understanding of Billing applications (billers, chargers and invoice generators). An understanding of Amdocs’ NM1 product an asset (SingleView/NM1)
• Familiarity with concepts of usage/provisioning/billing or interfacing application/infra background/number management
• Cloud system (and tooling) integration experience an asset.
