Responsibilities

• Collect and verify various quality data; ensure accuracy, organize and update data, prepare charts, and enhance the quality database to identify and target top issues for rectification.
• Based on quality incidents across departments, compile and deliver weekly quality updates by integrating quality news, tools, and improvement cases to strengthen a culture of quality improvement and raise awareness among all staff.
• In line with group-level quality improvement initiatives, formulate and review local implementation plans, track progress and inspection records to ensure 100% execution of all special projects.
• Organize quality-related activities such as quality education, quality corridors, training sessions, exams, and Quality Month campaigns to promote a company-wide quality culture and enhance employee engagement.
• Lead quality training programs such as QC tools, 5 Principles, 8D methodology, etc., and provide individual coaching on weak topics to ensure flexible and effective use of quality management tools.
• Prepare monthly quality meeting reports based on data analysis, improvement progress, and control plans to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective closed-loop improvements.
• Establish a quality evaluation mechanism in line with daily management practices to guide and assess departmental participation and commitment to quality, ensuring continuous improvement in quality operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above
• Mechanical or Quality Management preferred
• More than 1 year of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry; experience in quality management and data processing is preferred
• Having Experience in the electric vehicle, automobile, or motorcycle industries is preferred
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in commonly used quality analysis tools, capable of independently performing data analysis
• Familiar with product knowledge of electric vehicles and related components
• Understanding of vehicle assembly processes and the company’s quality management documentation
