工作内容

• Coordinate APQP activities with cross function team to prepare Control Plans and PPAP Submission, Perform Gage R&R, analyze Capability Data
• Investigate, deal with and follow up products quality issues when any nonconformities happen
• Create WI for kinds of inspection and give training to quality technician
• Work with purchasing persons to improve suppliers’ quality
• Lead improvement whenever happened or potential products issues
• Conduct process audit and product audit according to IATF16949 requirements and company’s strategy, make sure the process is effective
• Conduct LPA and SOP audit according to audit plan
• Create, update and maintain the Control Plan to realize in-process/ out-going quality control
• Responsible for customer complaints and reply 8-D to customers, follow up and verify actions
• Responsible for gages and inspection equipment management
• Train and work arrangement to technician and inspectors
• Leader of Re-PPAP submission when design/ process change
• Any other tasks assigned by superior.
  
  

学历要求、工作经验要求

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering;
• Familiar with IATF16949 and Knowledge of management systems;
• 3 years or above quality related experience in automotive industry
• Preventative attitude and quick response;
• Highly focused on results and objectives;
• Environment systems and Lean Manufacturing;
• Knowledge of MSDS, IMDS, CAMDS and APQP/SPC /MSA/PPAP/FMEA/QFD/DOE.
• Process improvement leader;
• Understanding of engineering techniques
• Good English/Mandarin in reading and writing
• Experience with project QE or AQE in Tier1 automotive is preferred
• Other tasks assigned by superiors
