We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team.

Summary: Responsible for ensuring that products and services meet established standards. Use analytical, engineering, and quality control methodologies to test and inspect products and processes, as well as develop and implement quality improvement strategies and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to implement and maintain effective quality management systems. Focused on continuous improvement, and resolving quality issues to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Analyzing product specifications and customer requirements.
Developing and implementing quality control systems and checks.
Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
Conducting audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
Identifying and setting quality assurance benchmarks.
Develop and implement inspection and testing of products and processes.
Collaborating with product development teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the production process.
Identifying areas for quality improvement and proposing solutions.
Documenting quality assurance activities and creating reports for management.
Initiating and leading quality improvement projects and teams
Provide training to operators on measurement techniques
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies.
Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel for supplier assessments and audits.
Background in Lean, Six Sigma, APQP, ISO is a plus.
Able to proficiently use computers competently: Windows, MS Office, ERP.
Extended standing and sitting. Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25 pounds frequently.
