该职位来源于猎聘 We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This includes conducting quality audits, identifying and implementing corrective actions, and working closely with our manufacturing team to ensure that we are delivering the best possible product. Job Responsibilities

• Yield Analysis and Process Support
• Monitor process yields throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem and implement and drive internal corrective actions.
• Customer Corrective Action Support
• Drive customer corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, cross-sectioning, dimensional analysis, or other means. In addition, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions.
• Internal Communication
• Ensure production information is communicated consistently and effectively throughout the line and from shift to shift. This communication might include inspection instructions, customer complaints, production scheduling, or other specific instructions.
• Deviation Authorization
• Ensure the process being done is in compliance with the Deviation Authorization and follow up on the changes.
• Implement the process audit and participate the internal audit, Responsible for process & final audit system continuous improvement in production.
• Standardize and update quality documents, Develop the process quality control plan, Quality Inspection Plan and inspection instruction; review and assist to develop FMEA.
• Train internal/external personnel for inspection techniques and systems
• Leading MRB meeting to ensure proper disposition of discrepant material.
• Any other projects and duties as assigned. Job Requirements
• Fluent in English in oral & written.
• More than 8 years quality assurance and control experience
• Have experience in communications industry, know base station antenna product is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of statistical process control methods and be able to apply them suitably to achieve continuous improvement.
• Competency with Risk Management, Active Learner, Efficient Communication, Conflict Management, Data Acumen.
• Good knowledge in quality system, be familiar with QC tools running, green belt qualification is preferred.
• Ability work under pressure and diligent.
• Good teamwork and cooperation ability.
