Job Overview: Manage and ensure quality standards for products, materials, and processes. Lead testing, documentation, and quality control improvements. Provide training and drive process development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits for IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Evaluate and track supplier performance, taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Review and write SOPs for processes and equipment.
• Lead root cause investigations and assist with corrective measures.
• Perform PPAP assessments and oversee quality documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Experience with quality control methodologies (8D, 5 Why, etc.).
• Proficient in Minitab, GD&T, blueprints, and APQP tools.
