Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.


This is what you bring us:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in quality roles within automotive production.
  • Certified Quality Engineer preferred, with knowledge of FMVSS/ECE certification, laboratory operation (A2LA), metrology, and CMM.
  • Proficient in Statistical Process Control (SPC), geometric tolerancing, and blueprint reading.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with experience performing process capability and laboratory tests.
  • Team-oriented, with knowledge of automotive glass and glass lamination processes preferred.



You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Establish and maintain laboratory methods, product certifications, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Analyze and resolve product issues between suppliers and customers, prioritizing based on severity and customer impact.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional teams to ensure quality planning during new product development and post-SOP support.
  • Create control plans, inspection instructions, and manage PPAP documentation and ISIR data approval.
  • Implement warranty reduction plans and provide certification for new gages and equipment.
