About the Role - Reporting directly to the Group Quality head, you will be responsible for ensuring that new products meet quality standards required to minimize quality costs and maximize customer satisfaction while ensuring that internal procedures and processes are in line with.

Responsibilities

• Update customer portals with corrective actions under development/project phase
• Monitor customer audits at the group level and lead respective actions plans
• Support group operations regarding customer complaints management and all activities related to customers
• Coordinate, prepare documents, product or process control plans of the projects
• Coordinate and issue documentation for approval of initial samples of new projects
• Manage and approve the initial PPAPs material/components suppliers in the prototype phase
• Collaborate with other departments for the implementation of policies, strategies and company targets and its improvement

Qualifications - University degree in Engineering (mechanics, materials or similar)

Required Skills

• At least 2 years’ experience on a similar role on automotive sector/manufacturing environment
• Experience dealing with core quality tools (FMEA, PPAP, MSA and SPC)
• Knowledge on technical drawing, standards for materials, products, customer requirements
• English advanced speaker (mandatory). Other languages will be valuated
• Goal oriented individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Availability for regular travelling between ESG sites
