Piper Companies is seeking a Quality Engineer to support an award winning tech company. This position will be in Durham, NC 3 days a week. The Quality Engineer will conduct comprehensive testing of web applications to identify bugs, usability issues, and other defects. Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer include: * Develop and execute test cases and test scripts on various applications * Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers * Identify and fulfill any test data needs Qualifications for the Quality Engineer include: * 2-4 years of experience as a Manual Quality Engineer with some knowledge of QA Automation scripting * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * Web testing and an API testing background, Playwright experience preferred * Possess the ability to run some automated testing but the role is predominately manual testing * Experience in test designs, test plans * Strong SQL skills Compensation for the Quality Engineer include: * Salary Range: $97,000-110,000 * Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays This job opens for applications on 4/25/2025.
