As a Quality Engineer, you will be in charge of providing direct quality control of customer product within the process to ensure that meets quality criteria. You will work directly with Quality Auditors and Quality Operators (DL). You will cooperate and support with Operations, Engineering, Logistics, HR , Finance and EH&S to ensure projects meet required goals/expectations. You will have a direct contact with customers. You will prepare reports and presentation for customer or internal purpose.

Key Accountabilities

• Implementation of quality requirements in the process
• Supervision of quality indicators at inspection stations in the operation area and active participation in achieving quality goals
• Monitoring and providing performance indicators related to the project
• Participate in the development of quality procedures and their implementation
• Creation and supervision of checklists
• Supervision and active participation in the implementation of corrective actions
• Constant contact with customers and suppliers on quality issues
• Participate in audits (internal, customer, 5S, GSA)
• Support and assist supervisor in making key management, quality decisions
  
  

Qualifications, Experience And Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in Quality Management/Logistic/Production or related field
• Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate operational requirements into meaningful dashboards.
• Understanding of production KPI’s
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, follow up, problem resolution and facilitation skills while working with various levels of the organization
• Strong analytic skills for working with datasets to transform data and approach these problems in a creative manner
• Supervise and ensure efficient working of employees within the team
• Initiative — Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
• Fluent Polish – additional languages like good communicative English is required (communicative to keep daily communication with customers).
