Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning to address quality issues.
• Lead quality audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with production teams to monitor product quality and implement improvements.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with suppliers and customers to address quality concerns and provide solutions.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and audit records.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, including Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and/or AS9100.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
