Guardian Częstochowa Sp. z o.o. is looking Quality Engineer

The individual will report into our Quality Leader and will be part a team of quality. This role is part quality efforts across this fully integrated production operation.

What You Will Do

• Manage quality control processes in production to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Liaising with production, engineering and supplier teams to resolve quality issues.
• Conducting internal audits and participating in external audits.
• Developing and implementing procedures and quality standards.
• Promoting and implementing PBM principles in daily work to maximize value for customers and the organization.
• Ensuring that quality activities are in line with Principled Entrepreneurship™ and Return on Capital Consumed (ROCC).
• Ensuring a safe working environment by proactively complying with health and safety regulations and looking after the safety of other employees.
• Responding to safety hazards and initiating corrective action to eliminate risks.
• Regularly visiting customers to monitor product quality and build and maintain positive relationships.
• Gathering customer feedback and implementing corrective actions to improve product and service quality.
• Lead and support continuous improvement actions.
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• High technical education
• Preferred: Knowledge in Quality Processes
• Preferred: Knowledge in Glass Industry
• Fluent in English & Polish
• Knowledge of modern tools and methods of production management and quality
• High degree of safety awareness and understanding of safety rules and regulations
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
