About the role


As a Quality Engineer, you’ll be part of our Upgrade Factory team in Casablanca, supporting various extended services within our Cloud offering.


Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help to maintain premium quality standards to ensure our solutions remain reliable, scalable, and high-performing.


Your primary mission? Keep our SaaS platform running smoothly so our customers always have a seamless experience.


Some of your tasks include:


  • Lead technical migrations of customer environments, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Design, execute, and refine test plans to validate the functionality and stability of migrated versions.
  • Spearhead the setup of an automated test management system, improving efficiency and accuracy in QA processes.
  • Analyze test results with a problem-solving mindset, identifying and addressing any issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical anomalies, enhancing system reliability and user experience.
  • Document and communicate findings through detailed test reports and functional anomaly records.
  • Guide customers through version upgrades, providing clarity, confidence, and smooth transitions


What We’re Looking For


We’re looking for a Quality Engineer with an IT background (minimum Bac+2/3) and ideally some initial experience in technical and functional testing.


More importantly, you should have a strong interest in testing and a solid technical foundation to contribute effectively to the Services Factory team.


Your Skills


  • Strong analytical and writing abilities.
  • Proficiency in French and English to understand project documents and specifications.
  • A keen interest in software quality and testing.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • A commitment to growth—those who excel in this role can naturally progress within the Services Factory team.


Technical Requirements


  • Understanding of web architecture.
  • Strong written and spoken French and English.
  • Experience with SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Azure virtual machines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Recruitment process


In this role, you can expect the following interviewing process:


  • 1st Interview with our Internal Recruiter (30 minutes)
  • 2nd Interview with our Corporate Services Director and Team Leader Upgrade Factory (1 hour)
  • 3rd Interview with our North Africa Director, Corporate Services Director and Team Leader Upgrade Factory (30 minutes)
