You'll be working on digital features that support customer engagement and rewards, contributing to the continued evolution of the bank's mobile app. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative approach, solid banking experience, and a passion for delivering seamless mobile solutions.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts across digital banking platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test coverage
Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts to increase efficiency and reliability
Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure resolution
Manage test data and environments to support end-to-end testing workflows
Ideal Experience
7+ years hands-on experience within the banking or financial services domain
Background in mobile application testing, especially within agile environments
Familiarity with rewards platforms or other customer engagement solutions
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, Postman, etc.)
