More than 5 years quality field working experience, Hold bachelor’s degree with mechanical or equivalent major 5年及以上的质量相关领域工作经验，机械或其它同类专业本科学历
Familiar with quality 7 tools，8D reports and other quality control/improvement tools, six sigma knowledge is plus 熟悉质量七大手法，8D报告等质量控制及改善工具，具备六西格玛管理相关知识优先
Excellent ability of mechanical drawing reading, familiar with GD&T 较好的机械读图能力，熟悉GD&T
Capable to use general measuring tools and equipment, CMM experience is preferred 具备通用检验量具、仪器以及三坐标的使用能力
Good quality sense and troubleshooting skills, capable to solve problem with a good teamwork 较好的质量意识及问题分析解决能力，拥有较强的团队协作解决问题的能力
