Must-Have Qualifications:

• 7+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in a QA leadership or delivery oversight role
• Strong experience leading multi-team QA efforts across enterprise systems
• Background in manual test leadership, with ability to guide teams on consistent execution
• Experience supporting onshore/offshore test teams in a coordinated model
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience working across QA sprints, releases, and production support workflows
• Familiarity with automation workflows and how to align manual QA to automation strategy
• Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and process enforcement skills
• Tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Postman, Selenium (working knowledge)

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in HRIS, payroll, benefits, or enterprise employee-facing systems
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM platforms
• Familiarity with QA in PEO or HR-focused software environments
