  • Interface between the production plant and the sales organizations.
  • Responsible for analyzing the quality of the products at the customer’s site and setting corrective action for sustainable improvement.
  • Collecting service complaints from sales organizations, create action plans and find solutions to solve the problems and avoid them in the future.
  • Reporting to German headquarter (situation and progress of quality complaints, figures for the group quality reporting).
  • Analysis in case of accidents on site.
  • Follow up corrective actions and close the complaint issue.
  • Analysis and evaluation of service data.
  • Coordination of conceptual failures and SLS actions according to group guidelines
  • Coordination of wanted part process.
  • Detect weakness in the production process and give solutions for improvement.
  • Ensure sustainability of executed changes in production.
  • Working continuously on products improvement and give solutions to relative departments.
  • Visit customer site for information collection especially for the serious issue.
  • Other tasks assigned by leader.
