Description
Position Overview: Titan Florida, LLC is seeking a QC Analyst for its Cement Division in Medley, Florida. The primary goal of this role is to ensure that products meet quality standards, including governing, company, and customer requirements. The QC Analyst will handle process control, physical testing, and analytical work. This is a salaried, non-exempt position within the Quality Control Department, reporting to the Quality Control Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect samples of materials at various process stages.
- Test materials according to laboratory procedures and standards.
- Report results and adjust processes based on Titan Quality guidelines.
- Ensure materials and finished products meet ASTM and Titan America specifications.
- Operate and maintain lab equipment to ensure accurate testing results.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving for quality issues.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to measure compliance and quality standards.
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned by management.

- - Ability to work rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends.
- -Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- -Background in Chemistry, Electrical/Civil Engineering, or laboratory field work (Chemical, Food, Pharmaceutical) is highly desirable.
- -Experience working in an industrial environment, with frequent trips to the field for sampling and process review. Must be able to carry up to 25 lbs for short distances.
- - Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is desirable.
- - Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- - Ability to make decisions under pressure and work well with others.
- - Strong mathematical and reasoning skills.
- - Safety-minded with computer knowledge.
- - Ability to handle peaks in workload.
- - Must have a good driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $51000.00 - $64000.00/hr.
