QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 5 years experience in quality assurance in the GARMENT industry. Must have experience in monitoring and controlling QA and QC, making standardization policy (SOP) related to QA and QC of garments. Review and establish factory and supplier processes to ensure that they are following established inspection procedures. Resolve any issues with factories and advise on solutions when necessary to fix any production problems advised Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines. Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Preferable residing near Carmona, Cavite or nearby areas.
