What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor the QC team, ensuring consistency, accountability, and pride in product quality.
• Evaluate raw materials and finished goods — including odor evaluations — ensuring compliance with industry and client standards.
• Develop and refine QC processes, test plans, and inspection procedures.
• Oversee and maintain documentation of QC activities, audits, and reports.
• Partner with production and regulatory teams to resolve quality issues quickly and proactively.
• Conduct internal quality audits and support external client audits.
• Champion best practices in health, safety, and environmental compliance across the facility.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Quality Control environments, preferably in food, fragrance, or manufacturing.
• Strong background in odor evaluation and raw material quality standards.
• Hands-on experience with GMP, ISO, FDA, or EPA compliance.
• Ability to manage priorities under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in basic PC applications and quality management software.
• Onsite presence required — this is a hands-on leadership role.
