Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Location: Santa Clarita, CA

Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay Range: $23-$25/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect parts and assemblies for conformance to specifications using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
• Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand quality requirements
• Identify and document non-conformances; communicate issues to production and engineering teams
• Maintain detailed inspection records and reports
• Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Proficient in using a wide range of inspection tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems is a plus
