Seeking responsible, reliable individual with strong work ethic to be our Quality Control Manager (QCM) at the San Ysidro Port of Entry. The QCM provides administrative assistance and support to the Management Team by effectively monitoring and performing quality control inspections, ensuring compliance to improve the company's performance, and ensuring contractual obligations and company standards are met. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This individual is responsible for auditing, executing quality control inspections, maintaining required tracking records/databases, and issuing corrective action with positive results. Requirements for this position are High school diploma or equivalent, a combination of one year of related experience, training and/or education, and the ability to pass an extensive background check. Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures or governmental regulations, the ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
