Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline).
Additional certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) are a plus.
Min 2 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in conducting audits, inspections, and defect analysis.
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, software testing, or pharmaceuticals (depending on the industry).
Understanding of ISO 9001, ASTM, ASME, or industry-specific standards.
Experience with tools and techniques for measuring and inspecting products.
Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and data analysis tools.
Ability to prepare quality reports, audit findings, and compliance documents.
Experience with quality management software, Microsoft Excel, and CAD (if applicable).
