QC Engineer - Avionics & Communication
Must Have Skills
Good knowledge on quality process and quality requirement (including Process, Product, System & product Qualification).
Good knowledge on Aerospace components, inspection methods and inspection instruments.
Good knowledge on Drawing interpretation and understanding.
Knowledge on Special processes for Aerospace components.
Strong knowledge of Aerospace - Avionics, Electronics, Electrical, Datalink-RF, Payload & Propulsion Systems.
Basic understanding in usage of Testing Software’s for realization Avionics Modules Configurations and for Manual Testing.
Strong knowledge on IPC 610, 620 & 600 standard requirement
Knowledge on RF wireless links &
Communication protocols and hardware interfacing
Experience with standard wireless networking devices using Zigbee, Bluetooth, Wi-fi Knowledge
Experience in Quality and Testing in an Aerospace hardware domain.
Familiarity with sub assembly, LRU, UAV/Aircraft inspection and testing process.
Proficient with the various subsystems that comprise UAV, their functionality and interdependencies.
Knowledge on AS9100D & ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Review, Prepare and Monitor First-Article-Inspection activities and knowledge of AS9102B.
Handling in-house rejections and Customer complaints and systematic approach to root cause analysis and corrective action.
To identify improvement areas and implement solutions with Lean methodology like Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Poka-yoke to improve safety, reliability, cost.
Responsible for conducting data analysis & preparing dashboards, flow charts, monitoring trends and implementing corrective action in coordination with internal teams.
Work with CFT for continuous improvement of process & product.
Able to guide the team on inspection and testing activities.
Good To Have Skills
Good Knowledge in 7QC tools, FMEA, RCCA ..
Good knowledge on Understanding of Non-conformance, deviation, positive recall, rejections, root cause analysis and Corrective action.
Develop SOP, Quality plans, Work instruction, process instructions.
Knowledge on Critical and Key characteristics and process capability.
Knowledge on Lean and Sig Sigma tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, KAIZEN, POKA_YOKE, 5S concepts and tools…).
Knowledge of standards as MIL, JSS, DO-178C, DO-254 etc.
Good understanding of interface protocols such as RS-232, RS-485, CAN,
MIL-STD-1553, ARINC-429 etc.
