Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Quality Control Assistant at our Santa Ana, CA facility. The QC Assistant plays a key role in ensuring that our products meet internal and regulatory quality standards through daily testing and inspection activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Analyze and document test results accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment
• Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and company-specific quality standards
• Collaborate closely with production and QA teams
• Communicate findings and improvement suggestions effectively to supervisors

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance principles
• Strong analytical and laboratory skills
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Entry-level candidates welcome; prior experience in a QC/lab environment is a plus
• Mandarin (普通话) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field preferred
