Role: Quality assurance Tester

Location: Mesa, AZ

Duration: 6+ Months

Responsibilities:

• You will be required to work closely with the BA in an Agile/Scrum environment to write test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria in user stories.

• Requirement Facilitation and Analysis in User Story form

• Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts and interview Product Owners to:

o Develop and test requirement Acceptance Criteria

o Design detailed test cases and procedures from requirement specifications

o Execute test plans to achieve the requirement’s Definition of Done

o Create repeatable test plans with re-usable data for new and existing products

• Ensure all product releases meet defined quality goals

• Follow Iterative Development and Release guidelines for Agile/Scrum product delivery

• Document defects as needed

• Performs execution of test plan, continually analyzing test efforts for completeness

• Performs system integration, functional, volume, user interface and performance testing on modifications and enhancements before production releases through manual testing

• Knowledge and experience with version control and defect tracking systems

• Ability to handle multiple projects and task responsibilities simultaneously and switch among them quickly to meet prioritized business needs
