OVERVIEW

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated QA Manual Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software solutions by conducting comprehensive manual testing. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and track software defects.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Conduct manual testing on software applications to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Develop, document, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Identify, record, thoroughly document, and track bugs and issues.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand project requirements and ensure accurate testing.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Evaluate test results, detect and document software failures, and work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Provide clear and timely reporting on testing progress and any issues encountered.
• Assist in creating and maintaining detailed documentation regarding testing procedures and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of proven experience in manual software testing.
• Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.
• Exposure to automation testing or willingness to learn automation techniques.
