Required Education

• Manual Testing: Strong QA skills (tools experience is a bonus, but not mandatory).
• SQL & Databases: Ability to write queries and understand database concepts.
• Agile/Scrum: Familiarity with methodologies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, etc.).
• Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops/interviews and document action items.
• Data Analysis: Interpret complex data into actionable business insights.
Preferred Skills
• Automated Testing Tools (e.g., Selenium, Copado, Provar) – not mandatory but a plus.
• Mentoring Skills: Ability to guide junior team members.
• Prior Salesforce QA/BA Experience: Previous roles combining testing + business analysis in Salesforce projects.
