Role Overview

As a QA Test Engineer, you’ll lead quality assurance efforts on complex transformation projects. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure robust, scalable, and reliable systems. You bring strategic insight, technical depth, and the confidence to guide both internal teams and client stakeholders in achieving high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of testing activities across multiple projects.
• Review and interpret complex specifications during refinement sessions.
• Define and maintain logical and physical test cases.
• Create test scripts for manual and automated testing, and drive the continuous improvement of test automation frameworks.
• Analyze, report, and follow up on defects and issues.
• Present test strategies, findings, and recommendations to clients and developers.
• Mentor and support other testers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaborate with clients to align testing priorities with project goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• TMAP or ISTQB certified (or an equivalent testing qualification).
• Experience in software testing, with a proven track record on large-scale, strategic IT initiatives.
• Solid experience with automated testing of both front-end and back-end systems in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments.
• Proven ability to communicate testing strategies and outcomes effectively to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong hands-on experience with IT systems, testing methodologies, and related tooling, including:

JIRA and Confluence

ReadyAPI and Postman for API testing

Robot Framework, Azure DevOps, and Selenium

JMeter

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Datadog, GitHub, and Jenkins is a plus.
