Job Description SUMMARY The Quality Assurance Tech is responsible for quality of product throughout entire process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Policing quality inspections on production floor * Inspecting warehouse inventory daily to identify nonconforming product. * Assist Quality Manager on CAPA follow-ups to determine effectiveness. * Assist Quality Manager on monitoring and investigating root cause of customer complaints. * Contribute to improving the Quality System Job Requirements EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience with quality process field or any experience deemed acceptable to Martin Lubricant management. * Requires attention to detail * Strong organizational skills * Ability to multi-task * Ability to work independently * Strong problem solving skills. * High proficiency with PC applications. (Excel, Word) * Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (would be a Plus)
