What you’ll be doing? Inspection and Testing : Perform or oversee tests for durability, colour fastness, stitching integrity, and material safety, etc. Standards Compliance : Ensure products adhere to company standards, industry regulations, and legal requirements (e.g., labelling, flammability, or chemical restrictions). Defect Identification : Identify and document defects or inconsistencies in materials, construction, or finishing. Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues. Process Monitoring : Evaluate and improve quality control processes, working with suppliers, manufacturers, and designers to maintain consistency across batches and prevent defects. Reporting : Prepare detailed reports on quality findings, including data analysis and recommendations for improvement. Communicate effectively with stakeholders like designers, production managers, and vendors. Customer Focus : Ensure the final product aligns with customer expectations for fit, aesthetics, and functionality, reducing returns or complaints. Who are we looking for?
