What you’ll be doing?

Inspection and Testing:

• Perform or oversee tests for durability, colour fastness, stitching integrity, and material safety, etc.

Standards Compliance:

• Ensure products adhere to company standards, industry regulations, and legal requirements (e.g., labelling, flammability, or chemical restrictions).

Defect Identification:

• Identify and document defects or inconsistencies in materials, construction, or finishing.
• Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues.

Process Monitoring:

• Evaluate and improve quality control processes, working with suppliers, manufacturers, and designers to maintain consistency across batches and prevent defects.

Reporting:

• Prepare detailed reports on quality findings, including data analysis and recommendations for improvement. Communicate effectively with stakeholders like designers, production managers, and vendors.

Customer Focus:

• Ensure the final product aligns with customer expectations for fit, aesthetics, and functionality, reducing returns or complaints.

Who are we looking for?

• Diploma or above with 3-5 years QA experience
• Knowledgeable about EU / US regulations and safety standards
• Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management
• Good communication and coordination skills with external laboratories
• Fluent in written and verbal English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Keen attention to detail and Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated, organized , independent
