We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Specialist to join our Quality team in our Facility Located in Cairo Gesr el-Suez. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ISO 9001:2015 and GMP 22716:2007, with hands-on experience in the cosmetics manufacturing environment.

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and processes through rigorous testing and inspection. Day-to-day tasks include quality control, quality management, implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and conducting quality audits. The specialist will work closely with various departments to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and GMP 22716:2007 standards across all operations.
• Assist in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits.
• Monitor implementation of quality systems, SOPs, and CAPAs.
• Participate in deviation investigations and risk assessments.
• Maintain quality documentation and control records.
• Train staff on quality procedures and GMP awareness.
• Review batch records and release products according to quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of QA experience in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or personal care industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and GMP 22716:2007 implementation.
• Excellent documentation, organization, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and team spirit.
