We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Measurement Specialist to join our defense vehicle communication equipment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through precise measurement and analysis techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance measurements for communication equipment integrated into defense vehicles
• Ensure that both technical and non-technical customer requirements are accurately recorded, understood, and efficiently managed by all members of the bid/project team
• Verify that project deliverables comply with customer requirements, applicable regulations, and industry standards through rigorous measurement and testing
• Implement a risk-driven approach to Quality Assurance Measurement activities, anticipating potential issues and focusing on core value-added activities
• Support product, bid, and project teams by providing accurate measurement data, proactively identifying risks, and assisting in problem resolution
• Evaluate and measure achievements at key milestones and deliverables, providing visibility through detailed "Quality Advice" reports
• Monitor and measure project execution in relation to plans, providing regular updates to management, including timely alerts when necessary
  
  

Your profile:

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Metrology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within the defense or automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of measurement systems, quality control techniques, and statistical analysis
• Familiarity with defense vehicle communication systems and related technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Proficiency in using measurement tools and quality assurance software
