Job Overview


The QA Manager is responsible for leading a team of testers, planning and executing testing strategies, and continuously improving quality assurance processes within the organization. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of software testing methodologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and managing a team – must.
  • Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and testing strategies for QA and QC.
  • Ensure thorough testing of SW and HW to identify defects and ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to define testing requirements and processes.
  • Track and report testing progress, defects, and quality metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies and processes.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.


Required Experience and Skill

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in manual software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading a team, mentoring testers, and managing project timelines.
  • Very high English Level (ability to read high level articles).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with different types of testing (functional, regression, integration, usability, etc.)
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot, and ensure software meets quality standards.
  • Tools & Technologies: Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage.
  • Automation: Experience with automation implementation and using automation tools is an advantage.
