We’re Hiring: Junior QA Specialist


At Chili Labs, we live and breathe mobile apps. But to keep our apps top-notch, we need a solid QA team — the kind you can rely on like a stone wall. If you're someone who’s curious, motivated, and ready to learn, we’re excited to meet you.

No experience? No problem. We care more about your attitude than your CV.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Testing mobile apps and APIs — making sure everything works as expected
  • Writing test plans and test cases that actually make sense
  • Digging into business requirements and turning them into real scenarios
  • Helping us keep our documentation clear and up to date
  • Working hand-in-hand with designers, devs, and project managers


What We’re Looking For:

  • You're just starting out or already have some experience
  • You understand how mobile or web apps are built and tested
  • You know your way around iOS and Android (at least a little!)
  • You can explain tech stuff to both techies and non-techies
  • You’re curious, proactive, and open to feedback
  • You don’t panic under deadlines — you organize, adapt, and get things done

🌟 Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in UX or know tools like Postman or Charles Proxy.

Salary:

750–1300 EUR/month (full-time) – based on your skills and experience.

If you're more experienced and aiming higher, we're open to discussing a different salary range.


How Our Hiring Process Works:

  1. Test task – We’ll send you a small QA-related task to see how you approach things
  2. Review – You send it back, and we carefully go through your work
  3. Interview – If it looks good, we’ll invite you to chat with our QA Lead and HR
  4. Decision time – If all match, we move forward!
