About the Role We're looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to own our entire QA process for our payment processing and merchant services platforms. As our sole QA specialist, you'll build and execute our testing strategy from the ground up. What You'll Do Design and implement our QA testing framework and processes Create and maintain automated test suites for our payment processing systems Perform thorough testing across our platforms (functional, API, performance) Work directly with developers to catch and prevent issues early Set up and manage test environments Ensure our products meet industry security standards Identify and implement process improvements What You'll Need 5+ years of hands-on QA experience Strong automation skills with tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG Experience with API testing (Postman, restful APIs) Knowledge of SQL and database testing Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Financial or payment processing experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary Full benefits (health, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Professional development support Note: This position requires work authorization.
